ASA-100

ASA-100 is a quality system standard specifically developed for distributors of aircraft parts and materials and is recognised by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under its Voluntary Industry Distributor Accreditation Program, AC 00-56B.

The standard establishes controls for the procurement, receiving, inspection, storage and distribution of aircraft parts, with particular emphasis on traceability, documentation, part eligibility, supplier control and the prevention of suspected unapproved and counterfeit parts.

APOC’s ASA-100 accreditation confirms that our distribution processes meet recognised aviation industry requirements for maintaining the integrity, eligibility and traceability of aircraft components throughout the supply chain.

AS-9120B

AS9120B is an internationally recognised Quality Management System standard for distributors within the aviation, space and defence industries.

Building on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B introduces additional controls specifically designed for the aerospace supply chain. These include product traceability, supplier control, preservation and handling, prevention of counterfeit and suspect unapproved parts, product conformity and the retention of quality records.

Our AS9120B certification demonstrates that APOC operates a controlled and traceable Quality Management System throughout the sourcing, receiving, storage and distribution of aircraft components, helping ensure that products supplied to our customers meet applicable quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Certificate of Recognition for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air – cat A.

APOC holds a Category A recognition issued by the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) for the transport of dangerous goods by air.

This recognition authorises APOC to offer dangerous goods owned by, or originating from, our organisation for transport by air in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.

Maintaining this recognition requires appropriate procedures, trained and qualified personnel, and compliance with the applicable ICAO Technical Instructions for the safe preparation, documentation and handling of dangerous goods shipments.

This enables APOC to manage applicable dangerous goods shipments within our own operations while maintaining the required standards of regulatory compliance and operational safety.

Quality Statement & Quality Survey

APOC is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and reliability throughout its operations.

Our Quality Statement outlines the principles and commitments that underpin our Quality Management System, while our Quality Survey provides customers and partners with detailed information about our certifications, approvals, quality processes and organisational controls.

Together, these documents provide transparency into how APOC manages quality and maintains consistent, compliant and reliable processes throughout the aerospace supply chain.
